Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using ListYourIdea you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not create accounts for others or impersonate any person or entity.

Submissions

• You may submit one free product listing per week (badge verification required).
• Listing is $9 (directory + dofollow backlink). Featured-on-top is $29 for 1 month. A header-size ad is $45 for 2 months. Each is a one-time payment through Dodo Payments at checkout.
• All submitted content must be your own or content you have the right to share.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

Ranking and paid placement

Positions on the leaderboard are determined by upvotes alone. Paid plans buy placement — a pinned slot, a badge, a banner — and a dofollow backlink. They do not add votes and do not change where a project ranks. We do not run auctions or accept bids for ranking.

Prohibited content

You may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Spam, fake products, and misleading information will be removed without notice.

Payments & refunds

Listing, Featured, and Header Ad payments are processed by Dodo Payments. All payments are non-refundable once a listing is published. If there is a technical issue on our end, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Intellectual property

ListYourIdea retains no ownership over your submitted content. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your product on the platform.

Limitation of liability

ListYourIdea is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
