Acceptance
By accessing or using ListYourIdea you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Your account
- You must sign in with a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not create accounts for others or impersonate any person or entity.
Submissions
- You may submit one free product listing per week (badge verification required).
- Featured listings are paid — $9 per launch, processed via Polar.sh.
- All submitted content must be your own or content you have the right to share.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Spam, fake products, and misleading information will be removed without notice.
Payments & refunds
Featured launch payments are processed by Polar.sh. All payments are non-refundable once a listing is published. If there is a technical issue on our end, please contact us and we will resolve it.
Intellectual property
ListYourIdea retains no ownership over your submitted content. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your product on the platform.
Limitation of liability
ListYourIdea is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
